Today’s blog post features one of my Primas  from UPLB Lumabay-Labay Club ’57, Dr. Rachel Ann Delicano! 😀 If you’ve been following my blog, you will remember her as one of my clients earlier this year! After passing the Physician Licensure Board Exams, has come to me to glam her up for the oath taking ceremony! 😀
