(PHOTOBLOG-ISH)
I don’t always go home to my family. It’s complicated. haha Despite that, I had the wonderful opportunity of spending time with my littlest sister, Francesca.
We fondly call her France. She’s a 4 year old girl who is currently in her senior year of being a nursery pupil (I think.)
She’s a very very sweet girl. Sometimes though, when she throws her tantrums, she can be a bit bratty. It might be the bunso syndrome at work. haha
Last Saturday, My eldest sister and I promised her that we would spend the afternoon in the park and take pictures. Ever since she was a baby, we were already going to the park. Unfortunately, my eldest sister was still needing her sleep since she has been working the night before. My eldest sister is a call center agent at IBM.
France would wait and sit on the bedside floor where she would optimistically watch my sleeping sister wake up. Despite the 15 minutes more of sleep my eldest sister requested of France, she couldn’t get up. I saw her disappointment. She was almost having a fit!
While France and my eldest sister were in the other room, I, on the other hand, was putting make up out of boredom. My former content manager, Ms. MJ, gave me a tube of Innisfree BB cream that I already wanted to try. And since we are going to take pictures, I indulged myself with it! It’s niceeee!!
After all the beautification, I decided to call on France so we could have some fun outside! 🙂 We had Mary, her tagabantay with us.
Our dog, Champy, a princess Shih Tzu was out too! 🙂 She was able to manage squeezing herself out of our house’s railings. Look at the picture below! 😀
She even managed to squeeze herself into our neighbor’s gate! I had to ring our neighbor’s doorbell to get Champy out. 🙂
Since we had nothing to do, we took some random pictures of the leaves, the sky, and ourselves.:)
We heard the bell of an ice cream vendor. We immediately called his attention to buy ice cream. Dirty yummy ice cream. Only here in the Philippines!! 🙂
The were a lot of kids playing on our street that afternoon. The ice cream vendor was crowded by kids after we bought 4 cups of ice cream. 🙂 One for me, France, Mary, and my brother.
After eating the ice cream and letting ourselves cool from the heat, we finally went to the park. I gave Mary the camera so she could take shots of me and France walking to the park. 🙂
There were no cars passing by the main road.
The park was a little lot with a dirty slide and a rusty structure with three seats as swings.
France and I positioned ourselves in the middle seat. While we were swinging, she said, “parang kama na gumagalaw!” Apparently, she was lying on me with closed eyes as if in a bed. Kiiiiids!! hahahaha 🙂
She then tried he slide. I caught her at the bottom. 🙂
After her first slide, I noticed a mosquito flying around her. Good thing I was able to put Off lotion on her after our bath that morning. The sun was already setting so I decided we should head back home. I bet we didn’t stay longer than 10 minutes in the park. hehe 🙂
This was one of the best Saturdays we had together. More to come! 🙂
Love,
Kist
